Hi, I’m Devan – a person who believes in the power of connection.

Whether it’s through music like when I’m playing piano or guitar, or diving deep into a great book like Atomic Habits or Think and Grow Rich, I’m always looking to grow, improve and find impactful connections.

I’m also a superhero, anime, and theater geek—there’s just something about stories that inspire and fuel my creativity. But what truly excites me is meeting new people and hearing their stories. I’m fascinated by psychology and love getting to know the “why” behind people’s actions. I truly believe everyone has a spark and we can find that in everyone simply by taking the time to listen, love and learn who they are.

When we hang out, I want you to feel heard, appreciated, and comfortable sharing what’s on your mind. I enjoy activities that allow for a little fun and adventure—whether that’s hiking, golfing, or hitting the bowling lanes. I’m also down for a night out at the movies or drinks, but there’s something particularly special about international travel.

I live in Iowa but would be happy to travel anywhere in the world together assuming paid expenses and a notice period.

There’s a world out there with so many different experiences, and I’m all in when it comes to exploring it. If you choose to spend time with me, expect a genuine connection, a few laughs, and the feeling that you’re being heard – because we all deserve to be listened to and appreciated for who we are.
